Never use this!

The car we reserved wasn’t available. It was a Nissan Rogue. Instead they gave us a minivan. The van was wrecked and the inside was not clean.

Waited 45 min for shuttle that never showed up. Spent $30 on Uber to get to car rental location, with no compensation or apologies from staff. Specifically rented a truck and it was not available once we arrived at rental location. We were offered an SUV or minivan, with no compensation on the price even though we spent extra to specifically rent the truck for the week.

Did not have the vehicle that was confirmed on my order which I needed and the reasons I specifically requested a certain vehicle type. The vehicle I was ultimately forced to take was filthy and head damage and 3 of 4 sides. I learned later that the vehicle I was confirmed has never been a part of this location's inventory.

I felt the booking was misleading. I reserved assuming a cost, but ended up paying much more. Net, I could have found for the same price a rental more convenient and closer or at the airport.

I had to take a shuttle to pick up the car. When i showed up they forced me to purchase their insurance even though i already did with my own insurance company at a fraction of the cost. This almost doubled my cost and was told they won't shuttle me back to the airport to go with another company. They also wouldn't allow me to rent for 1 day so i could find a better price elsewhere. I have rented with other companies and used my insurance many times. Other companies may cost more at booking but do not have these extra fees. I will never use this scam company again.
