Quick and Painless

I requested a small compact car, but they were out. I was given a bigger suv, with a much larger gas tank. The millage wasn’t good. I wish I would’ve gotten the little car.

Rather long wait to pick up car---but great rental rate and helpful staff!

Worked well and rebooked late at a better rate. Timely refund provided for cancellation as well.

I was really surprised people was not friendly at the location when I was brought to And I was forced to stay more than ours to get the price which I was getting from the website I was told did the website for the problems and they cannot match the price Finally after 1 hour when supervisor shows up he said he will be able to match the price and we was able to leave

They could do a lot better, they need to improve on everything

They do not have a free shuttle to and from the airport, they charge $1.50 plus Tax each way. you use the shuttle

Free shuttle advertised on the website should be removed, they charge a fee of $1.50 plus tax each way if I want to use the shuttle to and from the airport
