I want to remind fellow renters that during the car pickup process, it’s essential to confirm with the rental office that you’re getting the exact model you requested. Since I needed space for two golf bags, I specifically chose a medium SUV, the Toyota RAV4, when placing my order. However, after completing the paperwork and heading to the parking lot with my luggage, I saw that the car was actually a small SUV. I had to carry my luggage back to the counter and communicate with them to get it changed to a RAV4. This took an additional 10 minutes, but thankfully, the issue was eventually resolved.

The service was enthusiastic. Although phone calls were difficult to reach on the weekend, the on-site reception was very prompt.

Processing at the airport counter was a bit slow. The staff did not proactively inspect the car when handing it over, but the return process was quicker.

There is a counter at Sydney Airport, on the right when you exit the arrivals area.

Did not get my car but they upgraded me to a brand new car of the same car type
