Comfortable trip

During pickup, all documents are emailed to your inbox. Photos of the car's interior and exterior are taken and the links to these are sent to your email. Very meticulous process.

Picking up the car was very smooth, taking only about twenty minutes. The staff didn't push any additional products, merely inquiring if we preferred a diesel SUV. The service attitude was excellent. During the trip, we had a minor accident. The police arrived quickly, but it was the rental company, Enterprise, that handled the issue effectively. Their solution was very considerate of our needs. Kudos to Enterprise. Returning the car was also very smooth.
