I ordered snow chains as we were going skiing but they were not provided. Counter staff just said no you didnt order them. No proof but they were very unhelpful in fulfilling the requirement for chains. I also ordered a AWD SUV or similar. Ended up with a 2WD van which was not similar.

Electronic contracts were available, the vehicle was in good condition, and the deposit was released within one hour after returning the car. The KONA is a hybrid vehicle, achieving 25 kilometers per liter of fuel, with fuel consumption in the city being lower than on highways.

The store staff were very serious, but my 250 euros deposit was supposed to be a guarantee, not an actual charge. However, they charged me and refunded after the return, which caused a currency exchange difference that I had to bear.
