“Negative surprises.”

It makes customer extremely uncomfortable when your staff conducted forensic check on the returning car for almost 15 min. It does not work that way in the car rent industry.

“The staff we wonderful to deal with, however the service as a whole was pretty average.”

The car was alot bigger than we expected. Booked a Toyota yaris and were given a Nissan terran. Vehicle had something wrong with the gearbox as it clunked when put into drive.
