“Forced to upgrade when collecting car”

When we collected the car we had to upgrade to a larger vehicle for another £45 in order to get snow chains.

The car did not have winter tyres despite me making it very clear I was going to a ski resort. I had to pay extra for the winter tyres when collecting the car.

“Europcar staff were not friendly. They did not provide a map to find drop off point”

Car was OK, but not as big as expected. Staff were abrupt. Finding drop off point in French sector of GVA was VERY difficult and stressful. I would hesitate to go there again
