Great Value, Newer Car, Nice Staff

Left my phone in the vehicle. Staff brought it to me post haste before I realized I forgot got it.

Can’t beat it !!

It has been an excellent experience. Well above the expectations. My wife and I were both very pleased with the car. Our children loved it.

Two things, it would have been helpful to know the shuttle to "routes" from the O'hare shuttle terminal said routes. we missed one since it said routes and not easy rents cars. Secondly tell folks to make sure to bring their car insurance info. the turn in sucked, you just want to be done and get to your plane, and we had to wait in line again.. for awhile.

I would say I was pleasantly surprised with my car, the cleanliness, and the Dodge Durango was an upgrade over the Nissan Rogue I was expecting . I will definitely use Routes again and tell my friends and family !!

Stuff was not professional at all. You do not talk about you personal stuff with other workers while taking care of the client. This place is so over stocked with cars (they rent and provide parking for the airport)you can barely get out with your rental. I had to call twice just to make sure I will have the car that I wanted. Price was the only thing that kept me from saying anything.
