Excellent

Had a great experience with Routes car rental. Car exceeded my expectations and was clean and new. Pick up was a little slow but to be fair a shuttle full of customers arrived at the same time. Agent did not try to pressure or "scam" me into buying any extra insurance, toll pass or gas. Car return was super easy and fast. Shuttle to and from Routes was also fast and efficient. I would use this car rental co. again and would recommend it to anyone.

He was informative, courteous and added to my overall vacation satisfaction...thanks so much. Will definitely recommend this company to others and will use again in my future visits.

The car exceeded my expectations and the staff were courteous and friendly. Unfortunately the vehicle I got had no windshield washer fluid in it and the oil light came on shortly after I picked it up.

Terrible experience. Did not get the car I was promised. I waited 2 hours at the counter, 4 cars were returned but she will not give me. She demanded extra 28 dollars per day for the Nissan Rougue that was promised.

Like: what i like to most is the people that works there Mike a manager and Kevin general manager , very nice .
Dislike: EVERTHING WAS NICE
