The rental process was a bit slow, mainly due to delays in the payment step.

The service was excellent; they replaced it with a 2025 K5 of the same class, and the driving experience was fantastic.

Satisfied, everything went smoothly.

The car stunk like cigarette smoke when we picked it up. We don't smoke, we hate it. It was DISGUSTING. The good news: The young lady who helped us when we picked up and dropped off the car is wonderfully helpful and nice. She went the extra mile to give us what we wanted. I am sorry I did not get her name (she is Asian and has a blonde/light streak in her dark hair), but she most definitely deserves a raise!

They should have told us that upon return they would need the mileage. Although it was unlimited mileage, they needed it. I felt that it was THEIR JOB to do it, and not the customer. We had to exit the hotel and go to the parking lot to get it.
