This is the second time we’ve used Routes in Orlando and they’ve been great for us! We’ve had great cars both times and gotten an amazing deal each time as well!

So user friendly and easy to use!

My wife and I waited 45 minutes to be called to the counter.Then another 15 minutes to get the car. The car was great, a 2019 Kia Forte with 7000 miles. Time is important to me so I would not rent from them again.

We waited for over an hour to be picked up at the airport. I called several times, but the call wasn't answered each time. As you can imagine, this was a bit distressing on arriving in a foreign country. The car itself was fine, apart from one of the tires was inflated to only 21psi, the others were 46psi. I didn't notice this until we started driving so I had to inflate this twice during the car hire. The brakes on the car were quite poor as well. Routes attempted to sell us a car toll sticker for $12 a day, saying that there were many toll roads in Orlando. We didn't have to pay a single toll, despite driving every day of our holidays.

Terrible service! Took 45 min to get shuttle and only one staff to deal with 4 customers! Never again

The counter staff were imbeciles. Had no idea what they were doing. Couldn’t answer simple questions. Couldn’t provide any paperwork or contact info because the printer was broken. Told me to contact MY insurance if the vehicle broke down. Didn’t know their own policies. Totally useless.
