CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON 724 RENT AT ISTANBUL AIRPORT, IST

Staffs were kind and representative however they had a lot of failure modes. They do not have office in Istanbul airport. I was given the car in the middle of the street at pick-up. I was told car insurance in euro but their machine was not capable of getting euro currency so that multiply the value with extremely high constant which was not avaliable anywhere in the market. At the drop off, i was trying to catch my flight and told them to be in the airport on time. They were not. I was told to follow the driver to go out of airport to drop driver’s car and come back to airport with rented car. I didnt accept it and was told if they park their car in the airport they will charge me the parking fee. My experience was awful, extremely terrible
