Terrible staff at the counter (night shift). I will not come back to use the service again.

Should add details of additional expenses in the booking document as well. But I appreciate the feedback you have given.

On return, staff was not sure about the damages the car already carried, and asked me if it was new. I had to load up photos takens during pick up to show the damage was already there. this would be a dispute had i not taken pictures as proof. Rear wind screen is covered with a film that made viewing unclear.

While my booking was for a Nissan Almera (1500cc), I was given a Toyota Yaris (1200cc). The reason given to me was that the Nissan was not available. Other than that, experience with Keddy was good with smooth handing and taking over, and the car was ok to drive around Krabi - just need a little more pressure on the accelerator if you are overtaking.

I already paid the car rental. And when I arrived still charge me 1440 baht for no reason. And gas not even full fuel. And ask me return for full fuel. I will never book again

車両はトヨタヤリス、セダンタイプでした。とても手入れがされていて、車内もきれいでした。25キロのスーツケース2個がトランクに入れることができます。プーケットのアップダウンする道路、狭い道、高速での走行も問題なく快適でした。 借り受け時の車周りのチェックもスムーズに終えて、返却も空港に到着する20分前に事務所に電話して、午前6時30分に到着6番ゲート出口に到着すると、既に係員が待機してくれていて、3分くらいで外周、エンジンチェックを終えました。旅行中ドライブや病院^_^などに行くのに大活躍してくれて本当にレンタルしてよかったです。 ありがとうございました。

とてもわかりやすいプラットフォームで、すぐにレンタル申し込みができました。 契約内容や料金も分かりやすく表示してくれて、助かりました。機会があればまたよろしくお願いします。

The car back windscreen and 2 front 2 windows were blur and quite a driving hazard. Good to do something about it.

受付カウンターの方はスムーズで良かったです。 去年から5回お借りしていますが、Europecarも含めて、古い車ばかりです。 距離も80,000Km～120,000Kmのものばかりで残念。 日本だと原則、4年以下の車なのですが。。。 WIPER(ウォッシャー)のタンクに水がない。 ガソリンが満タンではない。(これは今まで100回以上、色々な国でレンタカーをお借りして初めてでした。) 満タンでなかったので、チェック用紙にきさいしてあったので、サインをしました。 走り出して直ぐに、20くらいのデジタルメモリが1つ消えました。 返却前にスタンドで給油して、このくらいかな？って、メモリをチェックして返却したら、給油の時より1メモリ減っていて、300Bの請求をされました。 納得いかず、支払わないと言ったら、デポジットから引くので良いですよ！ 日本人の私には、信じられないです。 以前、満タン返しをしなかったときは、概算500Bと給油をする移動費用で100B請求されて支払いました。 にもかかわらず、流石に今回、なっとくいかず、メールしました。 日本、パリ、オーストラリア、USのEuropecarさんでは、勿論、凄く良いです。 タイのスワンナプーム空港は二度と借りないです。 オフィスのMISS TIM？さんは、ルールだからしかたがない！っと、おっしゃっていましたが、ここの会社の社則？柔軟性の指導？をしないとダメだと思います。 レンタカー会社の中で、トップクラスの規模なのに、サービスに問題があるのが残念です。

The drop off took over an hour as the office did not open until 7:30 am, but our flight was 8:25 am. Good thing Krabi Airport is small, so there was no problem going through security checks and going to boarding gate.

The booking process is smooth but excesses need to be built in. The car rental team had swiped my card for excess and told me that in case of any charges due to damages or anything else, I would need to seek a refund from Qeeq. That is the only less than positive experience that I had since I was not expecting that.
