Pickup was about 3 hours later than planned, but that was because the car had a mechanical issue, not the staff. They were super proactive about rearranging everything for me and even let me extend the rental by one extra day. Service was as great as always, the car was very new, and the staff were really nice. Both pickup and drop-off were very convenient, the area felt safe, there are dedicated parking spaces for your own car, and if you take an Uber the pin is very accurate. There are also plenty of gas stations nearby.
