The service at the service desk was awful. Avis has charged my credit card again even if QEEQ already did.

During the pick-up it should be more useful of the guy to tell us something about the car and if I need to pay toll somewhere or if the car has some scratches then just try to sell us more insurance.

Minor only 1.Pneumatic tyre warning lit on console - when queried told it was normal due to the heat. Sorry it's there for a reason it should have been reset. 2. Windscreen wash bottle empty - should be a routine check.

The staff at the rental company were honestly amazing. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and all the paperwork was handled really smoothly. Even when their system went down that day, they switched to filling everything out by hand and still got it done really fast.

The car rental office is outside Catania airport, together with ABIS, but not far. As I arrived at 11:45 PM, I was worried they might be closed, but an attendant was still there and wasn’t impatient at all. Although the vehicle was not what I had initially expected, it was late, and I couldn't argue about it, as it was QEEQ's fault. Overall, I am satisfied.
