Car itself was great. The phone number at the Vicount station wasn’t working and the phone number for rental place didn’t answer. It was very nerve wracking not being able to reach rental place. Someone who was also waiting was able to get a relative to get an answer eventually and we were all picked up

We waited for almost 40mins at the viscount station before the shuttle showed up. Other company had done 2 loops already. Waited almost 30 mins at the counter before the vehicle was ready for pick up. The Durango was nice but the V8 motor is a pig on gas. I spent more than $200 in 8 days on gas alone. The exterior was not clean at all and you could see brush marks all over. Having V6 option would be great. Routes has the potential to be great rental place if they pay attention to detail.

Got a free upgrade which was great. The girl at the counter was a little severe, but was efficient and thorough with her job. I felt the $1500 damage waiver was excessively high, and would have appreciated prior warning of that.

Very easy to use platform with great prices. I set up the price match feature but nothing adjusted so no comments there.

Vehicle was exactly what was specified! Had to take a train (10mins) from YYZ but it was worth the savings
