Great as Usual

This company is terrible. I always try to avoid them. They trap you and charge you lot of unnecessary stuff like excess insurance for not providing some documentation. This time they did not have the car I reserved online. They were still have availability online but were very rude on the phone. Refused to pick me up and did not cover for excess amount of money I had to pay to herz

Landing at NCL with 6 people, 1 with a child seat, it's not too convenient for the driver to go to the Ponteland office then drive back to collect everyone. Why not bring the car to the airport?

Service took ages. Car wasn't clean which made it hard to detect damage already to vehicle. Problems with system which took too long. Staff were friendly but overall won't be going back.

Provided information from the website and from calling head office that I could use electronic confirmation of address. On arrival o was told that this was not possible at this branch so I would have to pay for the check, which consisted of a 30 seconds phone call. I was then told I would have to pay 95 pound for fuel deposit, and that the insurance I had purchased was pointless. I ended up not being able to hire the car as despite using the card successfully for other purchases I was told the pin was necessary for the deposit payment. No help and was left stranded.
