getting from T2 was a hassle as need to wait for hotel hooper bus. which cost 5 pound per person. not free. Getting to T4 get more complex with ride is bus and train. wasted lots of time. getting car take too long. only 2 staff serving more than 10 people.

There is a limited daily mileage at the original car so that I need to add much money to change to another car for unlimited mileage as I need to drive to Manchester. No clear instruction in the airport for the shuttle bus to this Green Motion Pick up which is far away from the hotel.

Green Motion are great and their service has generally been perfectly acceptable and pleasant. They were let down by the poor heathrow hoppa service that they have to rely upon.

Staff were excellent of what they do n good customer service.

We were charged for a dent in the body of the car above the front right wheel which was smaller than 25mm. This dent looked to have been made by a car door opening and hitting the body of the car. We were charged £239.25 or $323.08 for this damage.
