Everything went really well. Just make sure to inspect the car before you take it and mark with x everywhere it has scratches (even if minor ones). They didn't have the Fiat so gave me a better and bigger VW. Car was in great shape. Can't complain, everything went very smooth. They tried selling me a gps, but the car had CarPlay so no reason for u to get it either, if you own an iphone and have data.

I picked up the car at Rome Fiumicino Airport. The directions from the arrival hall to the second floor were very clear, and the counter service was quick. Self-pickup car, a brand new hybrid with only 21 kilometers. Returning the car outside Florence Airport was initially challenging as I had trouble finding it. After asking for directions, I finally found it. It wasn’t far, but the route was somewhat complex. Car return involved a simple inspection and some questions. Not sure if there will be any issues later since the pre-authorization is still pending.

WE COULD HAVE HAD A BIT MORE OF AN INTRODUCTION TO THE CAR. ALSO THERE WAS A DEEP GASH IN THE DRIVERS SIDE TYRE WALL WHICH WAS NOT ON THE PAPERWORK WHICH WHILST NOT DANGEROUS SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTICED AND REPLACED AS A SAFETY ISSUE. IF I WASNT IN SUCH A RUSH I WOULD HAVE INSISTED THE TYRE BE CHANGED. HERE WAS ALSO NO INSPECTION OF THE CAR WHEN RETURNED WHICH WE EXPECTED.
