Exceptional Customer Service and New Clean Cars

80,000 km car, the condition is average. The store is outside the airport, and they send a shuttle bus to pick you up from the airport bus station. It's best to call them in advance.

The service is quite good. I encountered some accidents and my English is not very good. The staff at the store were very patient and handled all the procedures for me, reassuring me multiple times that there was no problem and the insurance company would cover the costs, so I didn't need to worry.

The shuttle bus waiting time back to Airport was a bit long, counter waiting time was long as well as only two ladies in-charging the counter for all booking, pick up, return, phone call etc. stuffs

Dirty old car in bad driving condition @ $230.00/day. Very unfriendly staff at drop off.

The car did not have a parcel shelf and we queried this at the time as we felt it was a security risk. The person did look but just told us that some people take them out and then forget to put them back and they did not have one for us so hard luck basically !!! We also found that when we were using the car that the auxiliary ports did not work so we could not use the sat nav. We then found it was a fuse that had gone and purchased one. We told ace when we returned the car but they did not seem interested. I think that a bit better customer service at the pick up would be better, I did feel that they were a bit stand offish
