the only complaint was a very poor job of cleaning the windows, I picked the car up late at night the car was very clean but when I hit the freeway with oncoming lights I couldn't see I had to pull over and wipe the windshield inside and out with a shirt

“Biggest issue was finding the counter! Car was great!”

I got a great deal for a 10-day car rental! My little Mitsubishi Mirage was perfect for what I needed! Very economical! My biggest problem was actually finding the EZ/Advantage counter, but that might have something to do with where the shuttle dropped us off and the lack of proper signage.

“Simple is Great”

Like: The vehicle that I received was one that I like and it only had 12,000 miles. As a mid-size it had lots of tech bells and whistles, but didn't have an onboard GPS and console map display. Friendly staff that made it simple.
Dislike: Nothing you can really do about the location of the rental car pickup. It was OK but not really close to the airport.
