“Didn't receive receipt, waiting time too long. Telephone doesn't answer. Terrible service.”

Bus took too long. Waited for over 40 minutes to check in and get car. Did not give me a receipt at time of auto return. Counter could not give receipt. Tried calling numerous times about receipt and phone doesn't answer. Will never again use this company for auto rentals. Worst experience ever.
