Horrible customer service. It took over 1hr and half to get the rental, a lot of hidden fees that they only give you at the counter. Charge separately for individual insurance policies which they tell you a different thing before you call. The airport pick up location is horrible. Overall would not use this company again.

Ridiculously slow service from pickup at the airport to check in at the counter to waiting for the shuttle after drop off. Not worth whatever money I saved going through Easyrentcars.com

“Fox service sucks.”

Counter staff was absolutely dreadful, I got charged $23 and change from the deposit for...I have no idea what, I didn't want to stand in line for an hour to find out...would not use Fox again. Also, you have to pay for your spouse to drive, so Fox is not as inexpensive as you initially think.
