Good experience

No, I was expecting a Toyota Camry. The Outlander and other options were not an equivalent product. At High way speeds the Outlander is noisy to a point you had to turn up the radio. The vehicle was beat up and missing body parts. Upon arrival the car was filthy and I made the center wash the vehicle before I would accept it. The Outlander had a 50% less fuel economy than the Camry expected. This is a classic example of bait and switch to the consumer. I NEVER RECEIVED A FINAL INVOICE FOR THIS RENTAL

They were helpful at the check out counter but even more helpful and quicker on the return Very pleased with their service

The car I received had poor brakes. They were squeaking loudly, and I felt unsafe. When I called to ask about service record on the car to find out when the last time the brakes had been serviced, they couldn't tell me. Very frustrating. I also asked to get a replacement car, and they told me to return to the airport the next day, but they could not guarantee me another car. Also quite frustrating. As it turned out, I did go to the airport and they were able to give me another car, but I lost several hours of an already brief vacation.

Car was average when we finally got it after 3 hrs. in line. Staff did nothing to speed things up, at times making jokes about the wait.

car was fine, just not what i rented. why can't car rental businesses provide the "reserved" car i rented?
