I am disputing my bill. I was charged for insurance I didn’t ask for, winter chains I didn’t get & for a slight scratch on one hubcap that’s barely noticeable, requires no repair or replacement. If Europe Car doesn’t correct these charges I will not be using them again.

Honestly, I’ve rented cars all over the world, from regular taxis to self-drive, and Europe has been the best experience by far. The U.S. and Mexico were the worst—different car than what I booked and extra charges on top. But Italy, especially Sicily, was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend it to anyone planning a self-drive trip.

On the day of pickup, the computer system was down, leaving only one terminal operational. Waited in line for over an hour, but the service attitude was good. It was not a human error, so it's acceptable.

Overall not bad. There was no option for snow tires during booking. When I arrived and requested snow tires, the Audi Q3 I booked didn't have them, so I had to switch to a Ford Focus Wagon. They counted it as an upgrade and charged me an extra 31 euros per day. Other than that, everything was good.
