Fine car and a friendly lady at the Airlie Beach Counter

I like the convenience of the branch office that's right next to Perth International Airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful too. The drop-off of the car key is easy too. No need to go through the office & counter. The car is good.

Always love the competitive price and the good quality of the car rental firms under them.

The car was an upgrade which was nice. The staff member was helpful and explained everything there was to know about the car.

Easy to use.

Instead of Kia, we were given a Suzuki Swift GL, which has a very low wheelbase, causing bumpy scraping in the many speed breakers around Hobart. The complimentary GPS was very useful, though we had our own, which we didn't had to use.

Good service as usual, our 4th hiring in the last 12 months.

We did not like the extras we have to pay. Would prefer to have all paid up front and taking the car will be much easier. I hope all bookings will ge all inclusive next time. Seems like we have to add on so many little things. Adds up to the cost which is hidden in the initial booking. Leaves a bit of a bad taste.

Booking ok. The rest not working well

Collection of vehicle was not mentioned properly. Had to go back and forth in the carpark multiple timed to locate vehicle. Apart from that, overall was great! Cheers.
