Terrible company Green Motion

My experience would have been better if I did not have to drive a van with the advertisement on the hood and side of the vehicle. We hardly drove it so we would not be mistaken for a rental service car. A guest at our resort walked up the van thinking we were a driving service.

This was the worst car rental company I have ever experienced. The customer service was beyond horrendous. We waited over 2 hours to receive a vehicle that my husband could barely fit in. Not to mention they over charged us for more insurance and $31 a day for a flimsy booster seat. When we asked for a different vehicle there were none available at that location. Upon return the woman at the counter was extremely rude and very sassy. I will never rent a vehicle from here again

Shuttle service driver was courteous and professional

They gave extremely terrable car . They charge 90$ insurance even if you have full covered insurance. This car rental is scam
