The service was satisfactory, but I was not happy with the Ford Everest model. I originally booked a Toyota Prado and was given the Everest as a replacement. Although the vehicle is large, its interior space is cramped. The floor near the left foot in the driver's cabin protrudes, making long drives very uncomfortable. Additionally, the Everest uses a diesel engine, which provides adequate power for starting off but is noticeably underpowered on the highway. Accelerating and overtaking with the 2.0 diesel engine is challenging.

The rental car was in excellent condition, and the staff were patient and friendly during both pickup and return. The only misunderstanding was that no one was present to inspect the car when returning it, leading to a charge of AUD 15.66 for not refueling. After providing photos of the fuel receipt, fuel gauge at drop-off, hotel receipts, and routes traveled, they agreed to a full refund. Overall, the company is very professional and offers excellent service. Will continue to support them!

Nobody in the key drop-off counter when it was 23:10. But the service hour is written until midnight seen from the notice in counter.
