Just needs to be organized more.

The counter agents were so friendly, they helped me upgrade the vehicle so all my bags can fit in. I am super satisfied with this rental.

This location seems totally unprofessional and unorganized. There are cars everywhere. It also is an airport parking location for paid customers. Be prepared to spend some time here and also unlike the other major car rentals, this drop off requires you to stand in the line again to return a vehicle.

Routes offered the cheapest option to rent in the O'hare area. There was a shuttle that went from the rental car area to Routes itself. Be prepared for the additional 10-15 minute wait. Once everyone who was on the shuttle gets to Routes, the line takes a while to die down. It took me about 20 minutes to get to the counter once I arrived. They also charged $400 as a security deposit which I was not aware of at the time. Besides the wait, I would still use Routes for business car rental for the price and availability.

Smooth process, reservation was confirmed quickly. Would use again!

I'm 65 yrs. old and this was the worst, most inefficient pickup and return process I have ever experienced.

More polite counter staff would make a big difference.
