Great service attitude. Although the car had some minor damage initially, they marked it themselves. There were no issues upon return.

Overall quite good. The store at Madrid Airport in T4 is easy to find. If you land in T4S, be sure to take the shuttle to T4 to find the store. I wandered around T4S for a while... When returning the car, make sure to go slowly. If you drive too fast and miss the entrance, you'll end up at the parking lot's toll booth. Once you're there, you can't go back and will need to take another lap around. The actual car return entrance is a small, inconspicuous opening on the right before the toll booth.

There were quite a few upsell attempts, but I declined all of them. I forgot to refuel the car before returning it, so I was charged a service fee, which was quite expensive! Remember to return the car with a full tank. For the first time, I was charged an emissions fee, and there was another fee that I didn't quite understand, which was also quite expensive. I booked a manual transmission car but was given an automatic one; the vehicle was brand new.

I booked an automatic car, but given a manual gear car as they did not have it at this location, I have no choice but to take it.
