Jesse, the Avis representative, went above and beyond to assist me securing a rental car as my reservation came in late the night before and there were no cars available the next morning. Jesses tried to reach me and the number on file with Qeeq was incorrect. Within 10minutes, Jesse secured a car for me and I was on my way! In addition, Jesse remedied the intense cleaning fluid smell in the car which would have been difficult to drive 2hrs with the windows closed.

The rental desk and parking lot are directly connected to the terminal, and it's very close. Unlike other cities, there's no need to take a shuttle bus. The pick-up and return process is very convenient.

All went well. However Avis, as with all car hire companies, needs to speed up the check in process. Their computer system is extremely slow. Ridiculous slow. There was only one serving and by the time we were served the queue had grown from 0 to more than 7 and getting larger. Car could have been cleaner.

Like: It was worry free and for a good value.
Dislike: They charged an extra $100 for dropping the car off late, when in fact, I dropped it off 45 min. early. The problem was fixed, but it was a hassle.
