Overall very satisfied, brand new car with 300 miles, smooth pick-up and drop-off process, no upselling. Hertz is indeed trustworthy.

Terrible customer service, no car available even though I had 1 reserved for 8am they had no car to give me, had to wait until 10am for car, Customer service assistant Soco was unpleasant and unhelpful extremely unprofessional

We arrived a bit early for our reservation and had to wait briefly, but they notified us as soon as a car was ready.

Dealing with Hertz, Boston Airport was awful. The lady at pickup reception had to be the rudest I’ve ever met. After collecting the car there was a delay of over 20mins getting it cleared to leave at the exit. Hertz have now made a $120 charge on my CC for no explained reason. I only know this from looking at my bank statement.

So far QeeQ have been efficient and helpful. I would rate them as excellent if they can resolve this $120 mystery charge on my behalf with Hertz. It would help if they put the Hertz booking reference on their documentation to me, as Hertz were derisory when I produced QeeQ’s booking reference at collection point.
