The car was not the car I booked. Although new and in good condition, the auto-assist driving features drove me nuts, and I really didn't have the time or inclination to learn how to turn them off, if this was even possible.

Je dirais que le processus était clair. Le "Price Drop Protector" n'a pas fonctionné, mais on m'a envoyé un avis pour me le confirmer. Je trouve que QUEQ envoie trop de messages par courriel et qu'il y a trop d'offres complexes supplémentaires.
