There were no lines at the Budget counter at Perth Airport when picking up and returning the car. The staff was very friendly and patiently explained the rental details and traffic rules in Western Australia. We received an almost brand new car with only a few hundred kilometers. Overall, this was a great rental experience!

Due to Covid we had to cancel our first booking and then rebook with new dates. Everything went smoothly except we lost approximately $100 due to the currency exchange rate when we received our refund.
