The car was in great condition and very easy to drive. The staff were friendly and patient, making it an awesome experience.

The process of picking up and returning the car was fairly smooth.

Very satisfied, there was no queue when we rented the car. The receptionist was a male salesman with a ponytail, he was very enthusiastic and efficient. He even helped us drive the car to the door outside the counter. Although he wasn't there when we returned the car, another staff member helped us park the car back in the parking lot. The service throughout was excellent!

The staff at the counter was very friendly. The process was quick and efficient, overall a great experience.
