Easy, but not convenient

The car provided was an Opel Corsa, which was very fuel-efficient. There were significant scratches on the front and rear doors on the right side, but they did not affect functionality. The counter staff was extremely friendly and patient, providing detailed instructions. After being given the car key, I went to the parking lot to find the car myself. One issue worth mentioning is that the car condition report noted damage on the front and rear doors on the right side when I picked it up. As I was alone, I didn't check the wheels carefully. Fortunately, the video I recorded captured two large scratches on the two rims (why hadn't the rental company identified this earlier?). When returning the car, the staff requested proof of the wheel condition at the time of pickup. Luckily, I had the video evidence, so no compensation was needed. For vehicles with existing damage, make sure to inspect more carefully and take photos of every part as documentation.

Overall very satisfied. I was initially worried that the insurance purchased through Piggy Car might face complications, but there were no issues at all.

Everything fine, but the office is outside the airport. It means, one have to call the office to pick you up. I tried 2 times, but than the guy was at airport after 5 minutes. And a long waiting at the counter, to many customers and too small the staff.

Guys at the office were brilliant. But the condition of the car was not the best. The engine had some weird noises and the left rear wheel as well

Only small issue was we expected a compact wagon but received a fiat hatchback. We were concerned with space. The lady that served us at centuro, Allessandra was beyond helpful. Better insurance was offered at centuro, there was no need for extra cover online.
