This was a very good QEEQ and Budget car rental interactive experince.

I rented a Toyota Prado but ended up with a Ford Everest. The return instructions were inaccurate, leading the navigation to the P7 parking building entrance while the actual return location was elsewhere.

Very satisfied with the service; the staff were very patient and explained everything well. Although the car was a bit old, it still performed quite well overall.

Picking up and returning the car was very convenient.

The car was not the model requested but was more than suitable for our requirements. Budget staff were busy but were pleasant, courteous and helpful

Excellent service. Clear communication via email of all necessary information. When our flight was delayed by 2 hours we emailed QEEQ so as to not lose our booking. They responded immediately to let us know that Budget had been informed of the delay and to assure us our booking was secure

We got a good quality car for a very fair price. It was easy to pick up in one city and drop off on another. Budget has the best price on a car of all the other companies we look at. I was very satisfied with our experience.
