From the time my family entered the Routes building until I was able to drive away in my rental. It was close to 2 hours. The customer service was awful. It was like renting from the DMV. Pay the few extra dollars and rent from a better agency. I would never recommend them.

The pick up guys are NOT present in the airport unless the customer calls them up for pick-up, STRANGE ! I spent almost an hour waiting :( The car was shaky a bit when driving on highways.
