Did not have any Van's available upgraded dodge Durango that was returned while waiting did not have time for them to clean. Needed more help van drivers Julio and Concetta friendly overall ok would have preferred airport pickup couldn't beat price. All things considered not bad

Our car was supposed to be a large SUV we got a mini van... the place is off site which is a bit inconvenient the hours are not great for a super early flight. The customer service was great the agents were super nice.

THEY HAVE ONLY 2 STAFF TO ASSIST THE CUSTOMERS, THEY TAKE CARE OF BOTH ICK UPS AND DROP OFF, HENCE IT TAKES LONGER TO BE SERVED. i BELIEVE THE AGENTS ARE OVER WORKED THEY APPEARED NOT TO BE IN SERVICE MODE, JUST TAKE THE CAR AND MOVE ON KIND .. ANY WAYS ONCE i GREETED THE AGENT AND BROKE ICE , I COULD SEE SOME SMILES, THIS WAS GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME . SUNPASS TOLL WAS VERY EXPENSIVE, USUALLY CAR RENTAL COMPANY CHARGED 8$ ROUTES CHAGED ME 11$ PER DAY.
