I will not use Routes again if I can help it!

We waited about an hour for pick up at the airport. About another hour to get the rental process complete. Staff was helpful but very busy. Drop off and wait for shuttle back to airport was great.

Yes, it exceeded my expectation. There is no wait time, as soon as I came out the shuttle was waiting.

The pick up guys are NOT present in the airport unless the customer calls them up for pick-up, STRANGE ! I spent almost an hour waiting :( The car was shaky a bit when driving on highways.

Our car was supposed to be a large SUV we got a mini van... the place is off site which is a bit inconvenient the hours are not great for a super early flight. The customer service was great the agents were super nice.

Jeep was full of Sand and seats had what looked like ice cream spilled on them. Jeep was not washed. Looked like it had not been serviced since it was dropped off by the person before us. I have never had such an experience with a rental. Waited at MCO for 45 minutes because we were watching for an EastyRentcars shuttle. After 3 calls, find out it says Routes on it. Then driver never said a word whole way back like he was ticked off?? Girl at counter said the place hired a third party online. Their name is Routes? Wondered why my advanced payment said international charge...Never again.
