Apex did not provide the Mitsubishi or similar vehicle but provided a granddad people carrier!!!! Apex staff refused to honour the reservation despite several requests.

Rented the car in Melbourne and returned it in Sydney, which was quite convenient and trouble-free. The staff in Sydney were very polite. The gentleman in Melbourne, a Caucasian, might not have had enough sleep as he didn't smile at all. We got an MG and were specifically told to use 95-octane petrol. However, we couldn't find any 95 on the way, so we used 98 instead. When we arrived in Sydney, the staff there told us 91 was fine.
