Like: The staff was so kind and we got the car so soon, with just 500 KM used (that is amazing).
Dislike: I reserved a Mercedes-Benz C-Class (Premium Class), when I went to the station they told me that car is not available, but they didn't give me other cars in the same class (the same class is BMW 328 or Audi A3 ...) I got an Alfa Romeo Giulia that was so good but that was not at the same class with my reserved car.

The car rental location is inside the train station, and all the rental companies are together. It's very fast! There is a lounge downstairs to store luggage. To pick up the car, you need to go to the above-ground parking lot across the street. The staff will give you a map, it's pretty easy to find. Take the elevator up, and the elevator has a password, which is on the parking ticket given by the staff.
