We purchased QEEQ insurance, but they still promoted the rental company's insurance. During signing, they pre-selected it without asking, and when we requested to remove it, they claimed to have done so but actually didn't. Upon returning the car, we noticed the insurance fee was deducted. After contacting the staff present that day, they admitted the mistake and canceled it.
