The counter staff were friendly and helpful. I had a mechanical fault on the first car and I was given another car. The Transitioning was so smooth with good customer support.fantastic

I waited 40+minutes to get the car and the drop off was not in the airport but far away, I needed a bus to go back to the airport, not as planned. The tires where losing air half the way I had orange sign showing. The car was 7years old and the seat belt of the passenger didn’t lock.

I had an amazing experience with my last car rental from Enterprise, specifically with the Volvo XC90. The vehicle was in excellent condition and provided a comfortable ride throughout my trip. The standout aspect of my experience was the helpful staff, especially Iqbal, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth rental process. Other members of the staff were also very accommodating and friendly, making the overall experience truly enjoyable.
