Great service

There was a small queue, but the gentleman at the reception was very courteous. Following the reminder from QEEQ, I mentioned that I needed to go to Bruny Island, and he agreed without hesitation. When picking up the car, I found that the rear seatbelt was fastened incorrectly and couldn't be undone. A very handsome guy came to check it out and took us to change the car. Noticing my confused expression as I couldn't start the car, he specifically explained the foot brake and automatic start features. During the trip, I accidentally scraped a roadside post. When I returned the car and explained the situation, the staff checked it out and said it only needed a bit of waxing, and there were no additional charges. Thumbs up!!

The staff at the Melbourne airport branch were very enthusiastic and patient. They answered every question carefully and were very friendly. The staff at the Hobart airport branch seemed a bit impatient, but overall, it was still good.

The upgrade I was given was too big for one person. At the end of the 7 days my fuel costs were double . Overall I would hire through Hertz again.
