The pick-up and drop-off locations are near the airport, which is very convenient. However, the final amount was recalculated at the time of return, requiring us to take the original receipt to the counter for verification. Besides the additional fuel charge due to the tank not being full (almost $7 per gallon, nearly double the gas station price), other taxes and fees also increased slightly. So, make sure to keep the payment receipt from the time of pick-up!

Both pick-up and return were very convenient. The pick-up can be completed on self-service machines, saving time from queuing, very satisfied.

カウンタースタッフはとても 迅速に対応してくれました。アラモだけ すごく混んでいたせいか、準備できる車を出してくれて、コンパクトを頼んでいたのに、カバンのサイズを見て大きめの車を出してくれた。とてもグレードのいい車で、最高だった。 旅行前に聞きたいことがあり、何度も連絡したが、電話は出てくれなかった。 返却はフルカバーだったからか、簡単なチェックで終わり、スムーズだった。
