Qeeq service is always good and reliable. Dollar was not.

Two problems. 1. The pickup desk is understaffed during the busy hours of Sunday afternoon. Among all rental companies, Dollar had by far the longest line. It took me about 20 minutes to pick up the car. 2. Despite that I clearly told the staff that I decline any additional insurance as I got a third party insurance from Qeeq, the staff added an additional liability insurance which cost me $105. In these days, I don't see the contract on paper at the point of signing the digital monitor, so I overlooked the error until later. Now Dollar staff refused to refund the money.

We waited for almost half an hour for the Dollar shuttle bus at Los Angeles airport. During that time, we saw several buses from Hertz and other companies. Once we arrived at the Dollar office, we had to stand in line for another half hour. A staff member tried to convince us to spend more money to upgrade to a bigger car, which wasted a lot of our time. In the end, we didn't upgrade, and it was the right decision. The car we got was excellent and had only driven a few thousand miles. From the time we landed to picking up the car, it took over an hour, which was quite a delay! However, the return process was incredibly fast. A staff member checked the fuel gauge and mileage, printed a receipt with no additional charges, and we were good to go. It was unbelievably fast!

I rented a car from Daole for three weeks through QEEQ. Overall, I was quite satisfied with Daole's service and the car was in good condition. After exiting San Francisco Airport and walking a few meters to the left to reach the second floor, we took a shuttle train for a few stops to the rental counter. We submitted the printed voucher from QEEQ and got the car quickly after they checked our driver's licenses. We also added emergency roadside assistance insurance (excluding tax, $7.99/day). When returning the car in Los Angeles, we went to the airport five hours before our flight, only to find that the return location had moved from what was listed on the rental agreement. We found a small spray-painted sign with the new address (9150 Aviation Blvd, Los Angeles, CA, 90045) in an inconspicuous spot. We drove around twice before following the company's shuttle bus to the return location. Note: If it's dark or you miss the shuttle, this could be problematic. The return process was simple; the staff only recorded the odometer reading and printed a receipt, telling us we could head to the airport. The shuttle driver helped with our luggage and expected a tip. For groups, you can drop off luggage at the terminal before returning the car; it's only a 7-8 minute drive. After dropping off the luggage, someone can go into the terminal to fetch a cart that others have left behind (if you take a cart at the drop-off point, it costs $5). Renting a car was really convenient, and while they didn't check our driving translation notarization certificate, I recommend having one person carry it just in case.
