The lady who answered me, gave me a very poor service. Worried all the time in selling me insurance proposal and toll tag service, she did not bother to pass my credit card manually, causing the transaction to be declined for 3 times, not completing the situation on that date, what forced me to take a uber sercice to the hotel and another one to come back in Green Motion in the day after, generating a loss of US$50.00.

Car was only 3/4 full of fuel and I had to bring it back full or I would have gotten charged it. Other wise happy with company.

I needed to contact someone in order to change pick up time during my arrival to Orlando's MCO Airport but no one ever pick the telephone when I called. Awful service support-they advertised 24hr call service available. All they had was an answering machine with no return call or live support.

Girl at desk mumbled something about my car would be brought out front waited for 20 minutes finally went back in side to find out where it was and was told by someone else the car was in the lot out front also told it was brand new only 400 miles no damage to it , found a big door ding when we got to hotel . This bothered me all week thought they would try to say I did it. Thankfully they said nothing on inspection when I dropped it off

Charged an additional unlisted $220 for insurance deductible.... Straight robbery. According to the counter clerk it was not an optional fee. Will never use this service agai.
