You can arrive of GREEN MOTION - Orlando Airport car rental by free shuttle bus.

After collecting your luggage, please proceed to our pickup area on Ground Transportation Level 1. Terminal A pickups are at A11, A12, and A13. Terminal B pickups are at B11, B12, and B13. Terminal C pickups are at C277 and C278. Our shuttles operate automatically and should arrive every 15-25 minutes, depending on the time of day. For shuttle information, call 1-888-501-4806 Reserved vehicles not prepaid will be held 2 hours during office hours. A reservation reinstatement fee of 5.00 to 25.00USD per day will apply for late arrivals. .Vehicles may not leave Florida. Customer agrees to pay a No-Show charge on the credit card used for the reservation if not cancelled 48 hours in advance directly with booking partner channel. All rentals must be returned to the rental facility at 7640 Narcoossee Road, Orlando, FL. 32822. Shuttle service is available 24 hours a way for returns.

    The vehicle had an invoice due with SunPass and it was impossible for me to use my SunPass device. I was afraid about it and I canceled my second reserve and I did it with Payless. It was about the same price and with no problems. The Green Motion offered me to use their Sun Pass, but the price is abusive ($ 12,00/day) - for me, it will be $ 240,00 only for device + tolls.....

    The agent informed me that I had to purchase their third party liability insurance, which was not the impression I got from the Green Motion website. When I showed her the website info, she informed me this didn't apply to my rental. I don't know if this was true or an upsell technique. The cost of insurance tripled the cost of the rental, which I wasn't happy about. Overall I felt as though the agent was giving me misinformation to make me buy the insurance, but I don't know for sure. The car was as advertised and served us well.

    At pickup location, they made me pull up my insurance policy information to make sure I had adequate coverage and also put on a $500 hold on my credit card. If I did not have online access to my insurance policy, they probably would have made me get their coverages. Also, they tried very hard to push their toll payment service for $13/day by telling me that I would likely be paying up to $25/day and this would save me money. I declined and only paid about $2.00 per day in tolls during by 4 days in Orlando.

    I was very disappointed in this car rental company. They tried to over sell us in everything. The vehicle they gave us was not the one we booked. We were forced to buy extra insurance which doubled the price. Basically if something looks too good to be true it is!! I told them I wanted a refund but they said because it was a third party booking that wasn’t possible. The vehicle we got was old and banged up. They wanted to charge us an extra $12 per day for GPS and another $12 per day for toll highways. In all we spent $6.00 on tolls the entire week! Go with someone else!!

    Horrible is the only way to describe this company. They left me stuck at the airport waiting on their shuttle for 45 minutes. No one would answer the phone. Then, I had pre-I purchased insurance for $9/day, and they insisted I had to buy more from them. The counter girl was rude, and said she would not give me the car that I had already paid for, unless I gave them another $156. I had no choice, considering it was 9:00 at night. I’ve rented a lot of cars in my day, and never experienced such terrible customer service...Ever!

    Extra charges when it was already paid for. I paid for the rental and the car insurance online when I get there apparently i had to pay for insurance I tried to use my own and the lady said it was not possible. That I would lose my money that I paid online and had to start a new transaction. My wife and kids were super tired and I ended up paying an extra 156 dollars. Very upsetting. The car was very cheap and dirty and it had a horrible smell. The outside was full of scratches that I had to come back and had the lady check again so I won’t get charged. I will never recommend Green Motion to anyone. The worst experience ever.

    The lady who answered me, gave me a very poor service. Worried all the time in selling me insurance proposal and toll tag service, she did not bother to pass my credit card manually, causing the transaction to be declined for 3 times, not completing the situation on that date, what forced me to take a uber sercice to the hotel and another one to come back in Green Motion in the day after, generating a loss of US$50.00.

    I booked a 7 seater as per what was shown on line. However the first car offered on site could sit 7 but would have been very tight and there was literally no room for luggage. We had 3 kids 10-14yrs so smaller luggage so I couldn’t imagine 7 adults with larger luggage. The offer of a smaller 7 seater needs to have clarification that it will not fit any luggage. The girl at the counter realized our dilemma and was incredible to help us out. She was outstanding.

    First, the wait time to get the vehicle was ridiculous. Then a day into my vacation, I'm receiving calls from an a number requesting a switch of the vehicle due to a recall. A complete inconvenience to my vacation. When I called the "24 hr" 800 number to verify this no one answered after waiting 40 minutes. I could not get through to anyone until the next morning. Once verified the driver met me at Epcot to swap vehicles but I still had to wait which held up my time. This should never happen. When asked if I would receive any refund or deduction on the expense of the rental due to the inconvenience I receive a snotty remark of "well we are meeting you at epcot" as if this wasn't an inconvenience. Anything that interferes with my time during my vacation is an inconvenience. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I will NOT be recommending this place in the future unless someone rectified this inconvenience.

    The seating was stained. AC was poor. The 12 volt outlet did not work making it difficult for charging the GPS which is critical when your in a new area. Had to purchase extra insurance or I would not get the car cost $170+ unnecessarily as I have rental car coverage through my provider. Never did this with National or Budget.

Engine noise was horrible, siunded like there was a hole in the muffler, worn tires, or something. Seemed like there was a loud car in my blindspots whenever I was at 56-57 mph...     Terrible experience as it took more than 2 hours to pick up the car. Only one person on the counter and two customers in front of me in the line. My turn came after 90 minutes. They came up with another addition of $46 to add to our own insurance and which was not listed when we had booked the rental. When we did the drop off we had to wait more than 30 mins for the shuttle. It is supposed to be pickup within 15 mins but the person on the first shuttle did not take us even though he was going to airport but not for our Airlines. He told us the next driver will take us for our airline which makes no sense. The second driver also tried to go the same that next driver will take you for United but we had to tell him we couldn’t wait another 15 mins so please drop us.

    Will not use again. Refused to accept my commercial insurance even though I own the company and it was a business trip. Were convinced they were going to shake me down for their bogus insurance scam. I was ready to walk at that point. Very shaky company. Car was filthy. Had to run it through a car wash and my wife had to wash the windows. Huge dent in the rear.
