Rented a car in Spain for a road trip around Europe. When we got to France the car started having issues and couldn’t pick up speed, but at the airport in France they swapped and upgraded our car on the spot. Big international rental chains like this have branches in most European countries, which is honestly super convenient.

You need to take a number first.

The overall experience was great. There was no hard selling, and even if you don’t purchase insurance, they won’t pester you endlessly.

Car was a fairly new with a good spec. I couldn't have expected any more. The only issue I would raise is that the Budget booking information stated that they require an International Driving Permit. Even though the UK gov website said it wasn't required by law, I got one just in case . It wasn't requested at pickup.

QEEQ communicated very well and I would use them again.

Car segment was upgraded without any additional fee, staff was really informative and helpfull.

Booking process was smooth and easy. After initial booking price was recalculated and ended up with some saving from initial price.c
