Sometimes there were no cars available, and I had to go to another location to get one. Plus, I had to buy insurance, making the total cost similar to the rental price.

The service is quite good, and the young guy was very enthusiastic. They upgraded me to a better car for free when the model I reserved wasn't available.

Great. The reserved manual Golf model was unavailable, and we got a free upgrade to an automatic. The rental company's service attitude was good, the car was in great condition, and we were very satisfied. However, the return signs were not very conspicuous, making it easy to take the wrong route.

The airport counter staff were extremely friendly. Even when I returned the car to the wrong location in the garage, they still efficiently helped me with the return process.
